Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining consistent connection with your colleagues and support staff. Operate during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our team utilizes cutting-edge telehealth systems to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional therapeutic care without the burden of excessive administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client challenges and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each individual’s unique situation.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Collaborate effectively with other professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, through case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and empower them by providing insights into treatment options and community resources available.

• Stay informed about current research and advancements in mental health to continually refine therapeutic approaches and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy and the ability to adapt methodologies to suit individual client needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

• A proactive and collaborative spirit, valuing teamwork and collective input within a diverse professional setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of relevant counseling experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Wester Mental Psychological Service offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
