Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment while still participating in a cohesive team dynamic. Our therapists work a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to adapt to the needs of our clients. As part of our team, you’ll engage in regular virtual meetings to discuss cases, collaborate on patient care, and share insights with colleagues. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments that aid in understanding each patient’s unique trauma history and treatment needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging patients to express their experiences, build coping mechanisms, and progress on their paths to recovery.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for our patients.

• Be prepared to offer crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and emotional support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation compliant with ethical and legal standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is required, demonstrating your capability in this challenging field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
