Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychotherapy sessions for a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, using a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize clinical assessment tools to develop thorough case conceptualizations that inform treatment plans and interventions.

• Engage in collaborative case consultation with colleagues to ensure optimal patient outcomes and to discuss complex cases, sharing insights and strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations, ensuring compliance and quality care standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapeutic services cater to a wide range of clients, focusing on individuals who have experienced trauma. You will be working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and various emotional concerns, delivering sensitive and tailored interventions to foster healing and growth. Understanding the unique dynamics of each client’s background will be essential in promoting meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.

• Current licensure in the State of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proven experience of at least 2-3 years as a primary therapist, demonstrating the ability to build therapeutic relationships and effectively manage a caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with trauma-informed care and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, or DBT.

• Demonstrated success in working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care.

• Prior experience in a community mental health setting or similar environments is advantageous.
