Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client background, current challenges, and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of emotional challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may deal with unique situations, including trauma, chronic stress, relationship difficulties, and mood disorders. Your ability to build rapport quickly and deliver empathetic care will play a crucial role in their healing journey and will significantly contribute to their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a mental health counselor, working directly with individuals facing emotional or psychological challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, enhancing efficiency in documentation and client management.
