Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools as appropriate.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of your clients based on their unique experiences and mental health challenges.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and track their progress, making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan as required.

• Offer teletherapy options to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, utilizing our electronic health record system.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, each presenting various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid mental health therapy license, including but not limited to: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to foster a safe and trusting relationship with clients.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle caseload and administrative duties.
