In this full-time remote role, you will play a critical part in delivering mental health support to diverse populations from the comfort of your home or an assigned hospice facility. This position offers a salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, and includes a sign-on bonus for newly hired licensed therapists.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and psychological evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, forming the basis for tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a variety of modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a network of professionals including case managers, psychiatrists, and medical staff to deliver integrated care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, utilizing your skills to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness and help destigmatize mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from children to older adults, each bringing their unique backgrounds and mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in providing culturally competent care, acknowledging and respecting the individual experiences of clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. By fostering a strong therapeutic alliance, you will help empower clients on their paths to healing.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Successfully completed a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Cultural competence and a demonstrated ability to work sensitively with individuals from varying ethnicities, cultures, and socioeconomic statuses.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure accurate, timely documentation and adherence to treatment protocols.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous work experience in a similar role, preferably within community mental health settings or hospice care environments.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and teletherapy platforms.

• Interest in advanced clinical techniques or specializations, such as trauma-informed care or substance abuse treatment.
