Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical consultations to fellow clinical staff regarding complex mental health issues, catering to various patient populations including geriatric clients and those dealing with substance use disorders.

• Effectively interpret and communicate essential patient and family information, including social history insights, to facilitate informed decision-making among multidisciplinary teams.

• Collaborate in the development and coordination of individualized care plans, placing a focus on home environments and community resources to optimize patient outcomes.

• Plan, review, and monitor treatment progress, ensuring that all clinical activities align with best practices and company protocols.

• Complete thorough progress notes post-session, ensuring accurate and timely documentation that reflects treatment strategies and progress on clinical goals.

• Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership to support clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, each presenting with unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Applicants must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to efficiently complete progress notes and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
