Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, adapting your approach to meet diverse client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges. Clients will include individuals and families from Compton and surrounding areas, many of whom may encounter barriers to accessing quality mental health care. Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid state-issued license to practice as a mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in counseling or psychotherapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, with the potential to earn between $120,000 and $140,000 annually based on experience and client caseload. New hires will also receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
