This role is fully remote, providing mental health counseling in a flexible setting designed to maximize both therapist and patient comfort. As part of our outpatient team, you'll engage with clients via telehealth platforms, utilizing advanced electronic health record systems, including AVATAR, to maintain organized case documentation and treatment tracking. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough preliminary assessments and document therapy sessions from the initial consultation to discharge, ensuring a clear record of client progress.

• Evaluate clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop and implement personalized intervention and recovery plans tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an open and supportive environment that encourages client participation.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is necessary for this position.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE) is required.

• Proven experience as a mental health counselor with a strong foundation in psychotherapeutic techniques.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR, to maintain accurate client documentation and treatment records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with a generous sign-on bonus offered to qualified candidates.
