Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized therapy plans that address each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including group therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, and one-on-one sessions.

• Employ a diverse range of psychological methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to meet varied client needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to coordinate holistic care and ensure effective treatment plans are executed.

• Document client progress, therapeutic goals, and outcomes in accordance with best practices and regulatory guidelines, while benefiting from our provided billing and documentation support to allow you to focus more on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, particularly individuals and families facing barriers to mental health care. Your role will emphasize supporting those experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
