Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement and deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients, enabling them to manage stress and improve their emotional health.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, thereby tailoring mindfulness practices to their unique needs.

• Guide individual clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques, fostering self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building strategies.

• Incorporate individualized mindfulness techniques into therapy sessions aimed at addressing specific mental health issues, contributing to clients’ overall well-being.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to create an integrated treatment approach, ensuring that mindfulness practices are a central part of therapeutic interventions.

• Accurately document client progress, mindfulness interventions implemented, and treatment plan adjustments, complying with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and personal growth issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
