Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions. Develop personalized treatment plans that guide clients towards meaningful mental health improvements.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Through a compassionate approach, support clients in discovering strength and resilience in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Your detail-oriented nature contributes to our professional and ethical practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop cohesive care strategies, utilizing shared expertise to enhance treatment outcomes for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to navigate their paths to wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, ranging from adolescents to adults, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will be pivotal in providing tailored support and intervention strategies that respect each client's background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, enabling you to craft individualized treatment strategies for clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing you to build rapport and therapeutic alliances with clients effectively.

• Proven problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities to address the unique challenges presented by clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting focusing on mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
