Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a variety of mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients seeking effective tools for stress management and overall well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and stressors, crafting personalized mindfulness practices that resonate with their unique needs.

• Facilitate self-discovery and emotional regulation by guiding clients in mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathwork during individual sessions.

• Organize and lead engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building techniques, enhancing the community’s access to mental health resources.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to create an integrated treatment plan that aligns mindfulness practices with broader mental health goals.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client progress, therapeutic interventions, and development of treatment plans to inform future care strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Commitment to integrating mindfulness into therapeutic interventions with proficiency.
