Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, individualized assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and create tailored treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

• Deliver therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other approaches to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute episodes, working collaboratively with emergency services when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive care and ensure continuity of services for all clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, advocating for clients' rights and helping them navigate available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
