Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while still operating within our outpatient office framework. Our work culture promotes collaboration and support among team members. The workweek runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured yet adaptable schedule to maintain work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to help clients reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and promote overall wellness.

• Conduct initial client assessments to identify stressors, personal challenges, and therapeutic goals, tailoring mindfulness practices to fit individual needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness techniques, such as meditation and breathwork, to cultivate self-awareness and emotional resilience.

• Design and facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and strategies for building personal resilience.
\n
• Integrate mindfulness strategies into individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns, aiding clients in their personal growth journeys.

• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to foster a holistic and comprehensive treatment approach that incorporates mindfulness into broader therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Regularly engage in personal mindfulness practice and professional development activities to enhance your skills and deepen your understanding of mindfulness-based approaches.

You will work with a diverse clientele seeking assistance in managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas is essential for this role.

• A background in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is highly desirable, although not mandatory.

• Proven ability to integrate mindfulness techniques into therapeutic interventions with confidence.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
