Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy, group therapy, and family therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring techniques are aligned with each client’s goals and preferences.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health challenges, employing de-escalation techniques and developing safety plans as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, session notes, and assessment documentation, in strict adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive treatment approach.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

• Stay informed on the latest best practices in mental health therapy through ongoing professional development, which may include training, workshops, and peer consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with at North Oasis vary from children to adults grappling with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Your role will involve interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds, requiring an understanding of various cultural perspectives on mental health. Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
