Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy Sessions: Lead interactive and supportive group discussions aimed at fostering connections among clients, providing a safe space for sharing experiences, and encouraging collective growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves young adults aged 18 to 30 at our outpatient treatment center, focusing on providing collaborative, supportive, and evidence-based therapies for individuals grappling with a range of mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to guide clients through personal struggles, nurturing healing and recovery while fostering a positive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Licensure: You must hold a current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
