Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored therapy strategies that address their specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for various formats including individual, group, and family counseling.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, well-rounded client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, treating a wide variety of mental health issues including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Many of our clients come from backgrounds where access to mental health resources is limited; thus, your role is critical in creating meaningful connections and empowering individuals and families to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is essential.

• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
