Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create personalized therapy plans for clients, based on their unique needs and circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the complex needs of clients, including referrals to other specialists as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring all documentation meets organizational standards.
