Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, facilitating referrals when necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation following legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and enhance client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional education and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele includes individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and available caseload.
