Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy strategies for each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy—to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in team meetings to enhance comprehensive care approaches.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and trainings relevant to mental healthcare advancements.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted professional counselor license (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with additional bonuses.
