Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and social workers, to ensure holistic and cohesive client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to legal, ethical, and professional standards in a remote setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental, vision, and health insurance, as well as malpractice insurance coverage. Counselors also benefit from client referrals and assistance with billing and documentation, significantly reducing non-clinical workload.
