Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health needs using evidence-based methods to determine appropriate interventions.

• Create individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, ensuring that these strategies are flexible and adaptable to changes in their circumstances.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of the clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness.

• Maintain meticulous client records, documenting session notes and progress to track outcomes, enhance care, and facilitate communication with clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
