Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic care and refine treatment plans based on client progress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards to uphold the integrity of the counseling process.

• Stay informed on the latest mental health research trends and best practices through ongoing professional development and training workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources. Our patients often deal with a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving their quality of life and aiding them in their journey towards recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.

• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) software and technology to track client progress and treatment outcomes.
