This role allows for a fully remote work setting, enabling you to balance professional responsibilities with your personal life more effectively. Office hours are primarily Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and some evening or weekend availability may be necessary based on client demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients’ concerns and create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, in one-on-one and group settings.

• Lead psychoeducational groups addressing various topics related to mental health, fostering a sense of community and support amongst participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Maintain precise, confidential documentation of all client interactions in compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
