As part of an outpatient office model, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule and the privilege of providing services to clients who may otherwise experience barriers to accessing mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and create tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain diligent documentation of client progress while ensuring compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care and coordinate treatment efforts.

• Stay informed of current trends and research in mental health by actively participating in training workshops and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LPC, you will serve a diverse range of clients struggling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.

• Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to monetary compensation, our LPCs enjoy comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance; malpractice coverage; and client referrals to help build your caseload. Furthermore, our team provides assistance with billing and documentation to alleviate administrative burdens and enhance your focus on client care.
