Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, ensuring each client's specific needs are addressed.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in alignment with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You'll work intimately with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
