Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, as well as individual counseling, addressing a range of topics from trauma to substance misuse.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at the Recovery Services Center, you will work primarily with individuals and families who have limited access to mental health services. Our clientele often includes those facing challenges related to trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
