Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that treatment modalities align with best practices.

• Implement various counseling techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting those methods to fit specific client goals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care, participating in case reviews and sharing insights to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Manage and document client interactions and treatment plans effectively, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.

Our client population primarily consists of individuals and families who face barriers to accessing mental health care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
