Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique goals and challenges.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, applying evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities to foster positive change.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive treatment strategies, facilitating referrals and integrating therapeutic practices across specialties.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Continuously engage in professional development, attending workshops, trainings, and relevant seminars to stay current with mental health trends and therapies.

• Actively participate in clinic staff meetings and contribute to the collaborative environment by sharing best practices and resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Licensure as a Professional Counselor in good standing in the state of Tennessee.
