Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual intake assessments to thoroughly gauge each client's treatment needs and create individualized therapy plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to support clients in their healing journeys.

• Engage in regular follow-up sessions to assess progress, make necessary adjustments to therapeutic interventions, and enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software while adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to address all aspects of client care and ensure a holistic approach to services.

• Participate actively in continuing education workshops and training sessions to stay informed about current mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Solaris, you will work with a varied client demographic, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance misuse, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathetic approach will be essential in creating a safe and trusting therapeutic environment, encouraging clients to open up about their experiences and concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• Minimum of three years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating competence in delivering diverse therapeutic practices.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practices.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• Proficient in utilizing EMR software and technology for clinical documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment.

• Prior experience working in community health settings or telehealth environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition to monetary compensation, employees will receive access to comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as malpractice insurance coverage.
