Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends in mental health research.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment challenges, and share best practices in therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is essential for this position.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience is required, preferably in a clinical or outpatient environment.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
