Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions via teletherapy to address various mental health issues.

• Provide guidance and support to clients grappling with emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based counseling techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• Capability to function autonomously while also being a proactive and engaged team member.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, and compensation will be aligned with experience and caseload capacity.
