Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations to assess patient's mental health status and treatment needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions focused on tailored therapeutic interventions to foster personal growth and emotional stability.

• Facilitate group, couples, or family therapy when relevant to meet the needs of clients collaboratively.

• Ensure accurate and prompt documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to address the full scope of patient needs, including psychological, physical, and psychosocial aspects.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and attention-related issues. You will play a vital role in supporting our diverse client base, which encompasses different age groups and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your insights and interventions will be crucial in helping clients achieve improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, with an active Oregon LPC license for a minimum of two years.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, particularly in a community health setting.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and empathize with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
