Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize our comprehensive online platform to manage your schedule, maintain your patient load, and communicate effectively with clients through audio/video calls, messaging, and interactive tools.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their needs and develop personalized care plans that employ evidence-based practices.

• Engage with clients in the treatment of various issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, ADHD, and grief, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Utilize tools such as goal-setting and progress-tracking features, online journaling, and clinical worksheets to facilitate client growth and accountability.

• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults who present low-acuity mental health challenges. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depressive disorders, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief counseling. Our screening process ensures that clients are stable, allowing you to focus on providing effective therapeutic interventions without the stress of managing higher-acuity cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling is required.

• A fully independent LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in the state of Oregon is mandatory.
