Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to inform the development of personalized therapy plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, providing quality care in individual, group, couple, and family settings.
\n
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to meet clients' needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and strategize treatment plans for complex cases.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with regulatory standards and utilize our billing support to streamline the administrative aspects of your work.

• Actively participate in team meetings and clinical supervision to enhance your skills and contribute to team development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Many of our clients come from underserved communities, making your role critical in providing accessible mental health care and fostering resilience in those who seek help.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, with a strong preference for clinical experience.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Specializations in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed practices, or substance abuse treatment are highly desirable.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. You can expect robust client referrals as part of our practice, giving you the opportunity to build your clientele efficiently. We offer assistance with billing and administrative documentation to help reduce your workload, allowing you to focus more on client care.
