Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapy strategies, conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year , complemented by a bonus structure rewarding performance and client engagement.
