Key Responsibilities\n

The successful Licensed Professional Counselor will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

• Facilitating regular communication among clients, family members, guardians, and other relevant stakeholders to provide updates on treatment progress, ensuring everyone involved is informed and engaged.

• Developing a tentative schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to monitor progress and provide necessary interventions as clients navigate their treatment journeys.

• Conducting in-home observations, chart reviews, and staff interviews to gather data essential for effective treatment planning and implementation.

• Ensuring the fidelity of program plans through effective execution and continuous monitoring, adjusting when necessary based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Participating actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies.

• Completing detailed monthly and quarterly progress notes that document client development, challenges, and successes.
\n
• Organizing and facilitating training sessions for staff on program implementation and documentation best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Providing follow-up interviews, home visits, and ongoing support to clients as they address their mental health needs.

• Serving as a liaison between clients and the larger mental health community, advocating for their needs and assisting in community development goals.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
