Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, integrating evidence-based assessment tools and therapeutic approaches.

• Provide regular therapy sessions focused on addressing mental health and co-occurring substance use issues, employing a variety of treatment modalities tailored to each client.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes according to state regulations and Harmony United’s policies.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning sessions with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.

• Communicate with clients’ families to offer support, guidance, and updates, fostering family involvement in the treatment process as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children, teens, young adults, and their families, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license for independent practice in the state of Oregon.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in providing psychotherapy or counseling services.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement treatment plans and conduct clinical evaluations.

• Must be certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support within the first 30 days of employment.
