This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance with no evening or weekend duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Design and lead engaging group sessions that encourage participants to share experiences, learn from one another, and develop interpersonal skills.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer empathetic, one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to the unique mental health needs of each client. You will help them explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while assisting in the development of effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that set achievable, specific goals, aligning with their needs and preferences.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Work synergistically with other licensed professionals within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care to ensure comprehensive support and informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on young adults struggling with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• Proven experience in the mental health field, particularly with clients experiencing mental health or mood disorders, in either residential or outpatient settings.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy, along with solid documentation skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in community mental health settings, extensive knowledge of culturally competent practices, and familiarity with telehealth modalities will be given preference.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we offer:
