Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans focused on their specific goals.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, employing evidence-based techniques.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment adjustments in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations.

• Foster collaborative relationships with fellow healthcare providers, including primary care physicians and specialists, to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
