Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Elysium, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a personalized caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport, and nurturing positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and guidelines.

• Conducting regular client meetings to assess therapeutic progress, confirm stability, and schedule follow-up appointments, ensuring proper discharge when appropriate.

• Crafting, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation, including timely progress notes and client records to meet clinical and regulatory standards.
\n
• Executing comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and driving initial treatment planning.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, delivering evidence-based interventions, and employing therapeutic techniques suitable for youth.

• Participating in individual supervision and regular professional development sessions aimed at enhancing therapeutic skills and practices.

• Collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
