beYOUtiful Counseling Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. The clinician will provide critical therapeutic services through both telehealth and in-person sessions, addressing the unique needs of children and adolescents in Chandler, Arizona and beyond.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at beYOUtiful Counseling Services, you will:

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, building trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Engage in regular therapy sessions, maintaining a weekly schedule of one-on-one sessions to monitor client progress and provide ongoing support.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring that progress notes and treatment plans are up-to-date and compliant with internal guidelines.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive care, advocating for client needs and resources.

• Participate in individual and group supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

• Maintain a growth mindset, embracing learning opportunities to refine therapy techniques and stay informed of best practices within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is specifically focused on serving children and adolescents dealing with various mental health challenges. Counselors will work collaboratively with families and support systems to create a holistic, effective treatment environment. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience in mental health treatment, particularly with youth populations.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and facilitate individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
