Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of youth clients, establishing trusting relationships, and maintaining professional ethical standards and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, discussing therapy goals, and outlining impending appointments, including discharge planning when appropriate.

• Crafting, implementing, and monitoring personalized, client-centered treatment plans that adapt to the changing needs of your clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and updates for each client.
\n
• Conducting intake assessments to gauge client needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions per week, ensuring high-quality care to foster emotional stability and growth.

• Participating in individual supervision to continually hone clinical skills and ensure compliance with established guidelines.

• Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to provide thorough and integrated support to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic specializes in providing youth-focused mental health counseling. As such, you will engage with young clients facing various challenges, including depression, anxiety, and trauma. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
