Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing strong rapport and fostering trusting relationships based on professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress and stability, preparing for upcoming appointments and devising discharge plans when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans, ensuring that each plan is tailored to the unique needs of the client.

• Document patient interactions consistently, maintaining accurate and up-to-date progress notes for compliance and continuity of care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients, determine appropriate treatment pathways, and build a foundation for future sessions.

• Engage in individual supervisory sessions to reflect on personal growth, discuss cases, and enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide holistic care and broader support for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric populations, particularly youth and/or substance abuse cases.

• Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and the delivery of both individual and group therapy.

• Proficient computer skills, including basic keyboarding abilities to facilitate documentation and administrative tasks.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 65,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
