Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries and ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, assessing their progress, discussing stability, scheduling upcoming appointments, and determining discharge appropriateness.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans co-created with clients to address their unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries for each client.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and establish appropriate care pathways.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions to provide ongoing support.

• Participate in regular supervision to enhance personal and professional development.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to create comprehensive care strategies for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Currently licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) with unrestricted, independent practice in Texas.

• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to use programs such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for client management.
