Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies grounded in best practices and evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to client needs.

• Attend multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and contribute to treatment planning and adjustments, ensuring holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with clinic policies and regulations to support effective billing and reporting.

• Foster strong therapeutic relationships, empowering clients to achieve their personal goals and facilitating their journey toward mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating your capabilities in providing therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, we encourage professional growth by offering strong support through client referrals and assistance with paperwork, including billing and documentation, allowing you to focus more on counseling and less on administrative duties.
