Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for new clients to establish individualized treatment plans that effectively address their specific therapeutic needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in an electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Regularly monitor and reassess clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Engage in case management and collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and trainings to stay informed about advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adults within the Nashville area, who present with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and as a counselor, your ability to build rapport and trust will be paramount in fostering therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee, with no restrictions.

• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical or community health setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical standards and legal guidelines related to counseling practice.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a substantial salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice insurance coverage, and unlimited client referrals.
