Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy strategies catered to the specific needs of clients, conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the best therapeutic approaches.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups, including individuals, families, and couples, ensuring culturally competent and inclusive practices.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to address clients' varying concerns effectively.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and comprehensive care to clients, sharing insights and strategies for ongoing treatment.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring client confidentiality and integrity of records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
