Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a holistic approach to each case.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Your practice will focus on a diverse range of clients who may be experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
